| Apple Tarragon – 2 cups | 1 cup apple cider, 1/3 cup vinegar, 1/3 cup sliced green onions with tops, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 3 TBS honey, 2 TBS steak sauce, 1 1/2 tsp tarragon leaves, 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper. Bring to a boil simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Chill before using. | Chicken, Lamb |
| Beer – 2 cups | 1 – 12 oz beer, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 TBS cider vinegar, 1 small onion – thinly sliced, 2 cloves garlic – minced, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper | Beef |
| Curry Apple – 1 cup | 1 cup applesauce, 2 TBS lemon juice, 2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper | Lamb |
| Mint Honey – 1 cup | 2/3 cup dry white wine, 1/3 cup honey, 1 TBS vinegar, 1 clove garlic – minced, 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh mint and 1 tsp salt | Lamb |
| Onion Soup – 1 cup | 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. | Pork |
