EarthStone's Shipping Charges

All of our online orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Currently, we only ship to the continental 48 states. You should expect your order to arrive in five to ten business days, depending on the size of the order, and the distance of the delivery destination from our shipping center in El Paso, Texas. Small orders (up to 13 ounces) are shipped USPS First Class. Medium orders (up to two pounds) are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders larger than two pounds are shipped via UPS. Should you need to return your order, the shipping costs on the order will be refunded (see Return Policy below).

EarthStone's Return Policy

You may return any item purchased at EarthStone within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (including any applicable tax and the regular shipping charges). There will be no questions asked! If you are returning the item due to an error by EarthStone, or it was damaged in shipment, we will also refund your return shipping costs. You will need your orginal receipt or order confirmation number, so please hold on to that for 30 days after your order.
Sales Tax

EarthStone is required to charge an 8.25% sales tax to all orders being shipped to the state of Texas. This amount will be calculated and added to your order after providing your shipping information, but prior to your entering your credit/debit card information. Orders to any other state will not be charged sales tax.
